Privacy notice

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and files are served from our own servers. We count visits with Plausible, privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you.

When you start a free trial, we collect your company email address. We use it to send you the link that opens your workspace and to email you about your trial. Personal addresses such as Gmail are not accepted. Unused trial workspaces are deleted after 30 days.

Companies use Hyre-Inc to hire. When you apply for a role, take an assessment or record a video interview, the hiring company decides how your data is used and Hyre-Inc processes it on their behalf. Contact that company first about your application, or email us at access@hyre-inc.com.

Each company's data is kept in its own database, hosted in Germany. Consent is tracked per candidate, retention timers delete old data, and you can ask for your data to be deleted. If a recruiter contacted you through Hyre-Inc, opting out of further emails takes one click.

• Hetzner: hosting, in Germany.
• Google: staff sign-in, email sent from a connected Gmail account, and Google Calendar booking.
• Anthropic: the AI features, such as scoring and drafting.
• Cloudflare: storage for the encrypted off-site backup copy.
• Plausible: cookieless visit counts on this website.
