Which plan fits you
Solo is for one person who hires now and then: an independent recruiter running a couple of searches for clients, or a founder making the first hires. It costs $20 a month and covers up to 2 rounds a month, with limited outreach and searches. That is enough to run a real round from sourcing to offer without paying for a full recruiting tool.
Team is for scaling companies with a few people involved in hiring. It costs $55 per seat a month for up to 3 seats, with higher limits on rounds, outreach and searches, so a recruiter and two hiring managers can work in the same rounds.
Scale is for bigger teams that hire all the time. Usage is unlimited and the platform is fully powered, and we set the price with you based on your team and volume.

Every plan starts with the same trial. It is a real workspace, not a demo. You enter your company email, we send you a link, and your own Hyre workspace opens for 24 hours from the moment you click it. Run a real round on a real role.

The trial needs a company email address. Personal addresses such as Gmail or Outlook are not accepted, because the workspace belongs to your company rather than to one person. Colleagues can join when you invite them. There is one trial per company.
What happens after the 24 hours
When the 24 hours are up, your workspace becomes read-only. Everything you set up stays saved and visible: the role, the people Hyre found with their evidence, the CV scores, test results and interview answers. Nothing new runs, so no outreach goes out and no new interviews start.
That gives you time to look at the results with your team before you decide anything. If you want to keep going, pick Solo or Team, or talk to us about Scale. If you decide not to continue, you do not need to do anything: unused trial workspaces are deleted after 30 days.
We do not ask for a credit card up front, so there is nothing to cancel and no surprise charge after the trial ends. Moving from another tool? Candidates can be added in bulk or one by one, and a migration from Workable has already been done.
