Hyre-Inc is an EU-hosted AI hiring platform. It is not affiliated with HyreCar, Hyre AS or other products named Hyre. People often shorten the name to Hyre; on this site and in the app, Hyre and Hyre-Inc mean the same product.

Hyre-Inc covers the whole hiring round in five steps on one screen: Source, Screen, Test, Interview and Hire. It finds people on public pages, GitHub and your past applicants and shows the quoted evidence behind every fit score. It scores CVs against your criteria with the reasons shown, runs skills assessments with a pass bar, and runs one-way video interviews that candidates record in their browser. Candidates book interviews synced with Google Calendar, and you send the offer from the app. An Autopilot switch on each role can run the early steps for you, and every move is logged.

Hyre-Inc was founded in 2026 by Mihail Stavrev. It is built for small hiring teams in Europe that have more open roles than people to run them: one recruiter, a head of talent or a founder who is hiring alongside everything else. The idea is simple. Hyre does the volume, and you do the judgement.

Most hiring tools made the paperwork tidy without touching the work itself. Sourcing, screening, scheduling and interviewing still take weeks of human time per hire. Hyre-Inc runs those early steps in parallel, against bars you set, so a round takes days rather than weeks and your time goes to the shortlist instead of the inbox.

It is a good fit if you care where candidate data lives and how decisions are made: Hyre-Inc is hosted in Germany, does not scrape LinkedIn or buy contact data, and keeps a record of who or what moved each candidate and why.

AI is good at volume: reading hundreds of public pages, scoring a pile of CVs against the same criteria, or asking the same ten interview questions at three in the morning. It is not the right thing to make a decision about someone's career. Hyre-Inc is built around that split.

So the AI shows its working. Every sourcing fit score rests on quoted lines from public pages, and every CV score shows its reasons. Video answers are reviewed on their content against the same questions for everyone, never on face, accent or tone. Integrity signals in assessments flag a submission for a person to review and never reject anyone automatically. A human approves finalists and every hire, and any automatic move can be overridden.
